We want to equip you to be that difference, in your church, your community, and within yourself.

When is Early Bird registration over?

Early Bird registration is $130 per person and runs from August 7th to September 4th.
I'm registering a group. Should each person register individually to secure the $100 per person rate?

No. Please register groups of 20, or more, at once. You will have the option to select group rate at the payment screen.
I am just coming for the day on Saturday. Will meals be available?

To ensure all registered participants are accommodated, meals will be reserved for Early Bird and General Admission attendees first. If additional meals are available after registered guests have been served, they will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
I am just coming for Saturday, do I still have to pay $180?

Yes, $180 is the cost for registering on-site at the hotel
How long is the room block available?

The discounted rate of $169 per night is available through October 1, 2026. After this date, room rates will revert to the hotel’s standard pricing, subject to availability.
